Adventure Boot Camp is for YOU!
Adventure Boot Camp is an outdoor fitness training camp for women
that focuses on getting back to the basics of exercise and functional
fitness. Our camp is held regularly in beautiful Edisto Memorial
Gardens, in Orangeburg, South Carolina.
We train for one hour a day for four week sessions, Monday
through Friday, from 5:30 - 6:30 AM. We also offer mini sessions which are on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Over the summer, 2008, we will be offering a second time of 7:30am. Please check our schedule for times. When inclement weather
prevails, boot camp is held at our gym, ACG, on Hwy. 601.
During boot camp, you will enjoy a complete workout.
We utilize:
- calisthenics
- core conditioning
- short distance running
- circuit training
- obstacle courses
- hiking weight training
- much more
Expected results when you complete our camp:
- 3-5% reduction in body fat
