"My first bootcamp experience was at April's Gymnastics in December of 2006. Being out of shape, I quickly learned that the variety of exercises we participated in were helpful for me. In January, I participated in a 5-day camp at the Edisto Gardens. We were fortunate as there were not many extremely cold days. Being outside was wonderful, especially the two days that we hiked Hillcrest Golf Course. Five days is much harder than the 3-day session, but I felt like a "champion" once I completed the 5-day camp. The running is intense, but my overall fitness is so much better than 4 months ago. I lost a total of 5 inches in each thigh! June is such a motivator to everyone. She is such a fit woman, and each time she compliments us, we feel like a million bucks. She makes us feel so proud of ourselves everyday."

What if it it rains?

Due to certain weather conditions, we sometimes have to move indoors to our gym on Hwy. 601.   Check under "Today's Camp Locator" (in the upper right corner of the home page) in the morning, before bootcamp, for confirmation of the current day's location.

Will you yell at me?

No, we won't yell at you.  We will cheer for you and encourage you to do your very best..

Will I have fun?

Yes, you will have fun, make new friends, and develop more self confidence.
 

What if I'm extremely out of shape?

All shapes and sizes and abilities come to bootcamp!  We have had participants ranging in age from 17 to 65.  We accept all all levels of fitness.
 

Will I feel better?

Yes!  You will be amazed at how you will look and feel.  Your energy will increase.  Your flexibility will increase.  You will sleep better at night, and you will develop a whole new outlook on fitness.
