What if it it rains?
Due to certain weather conditions, we sometimes have to move indoors to our
gym on Hwy. 601. Check under "Today's Camp Locator" (in the upper
right corner of the home page) in the morning, before bootcamp, for confirmation
of the current day's location.
Will you yell at me?
No, we won't yell at you. We will cheer for you and encourage you to do
your very best..
Will I have fun?
Yes, you will have fun, make new friends, and develop more self confidence.
What if I'm extremely out of shape?
All shapes and sizes and abilities come to bootcamp! We have had
participants ranging in age from 17 to 65. We accept all all levels of
fitness.
Will I feel better?
Yes! You will be amazed at how you will look and feel. Your
energy will increase. Your flexibility will increase. You will sleep
better at night, and you will develop a whole new outlook on fitness.
